Final isue (Nov 6, 1975) concludes that Colorado should support these amendments at both the federal and state level. Tally of which committee members favored approval for both amendments are listed. This recommendation of approval by the committee was forwarded to Members of the Fiftieth Colorado General Assembly later in the day on Nov 6, 1975 by Representative Phillip Massari, Chairman, Legislative Council.
